Jeff Falberg's 1999 Race Results

1999 was meant to be the year to party like it's 1999.

Among my highlights for the year 1999 were: PR's for the indoor 200 & 400 meters, outdoor 800 meters, and the 10K distance. For the 4th consecutive year in a row, I also won 1st overall. This time at the Running For A Happy Childhood 5K race in Beacon Falls, CT on Saturday, September 25, 1999. Will my luck continue into the year 2000? All I know for sure is that competition will expect to get stiffer. I also still ran for the Athlete's Foot/Hitek Racing team, and ran in the Boston Marathon for the first (and possibly the last) time ever with a time of 3:17:44.

Once again in 1999, I was a co-chairman for the Columbus Day Run for Habitat for Humanity which took place at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT on Saturday, October 9 as this race attracted 40 starters and finishers this year. Click here for the 1999 results.
